Who We Are
Established in 2000, PDL Construction Services Inc.
is a continuation of Property Developments Ltd. which was founded in the early 1970s and continued until 1993 when its founder relocated to a neighbouring island.
We have continued the excellent service for which Property Developments Ltd. was well known, and have built up a reputation over the last 15 years as a reliable and professional unit, constructing quality homes, through our skilled and experienced team members, whose workmanship we utilise to provide only the best quality and professional service, to the satisfaction of our clients.
We believe that transparency in every relationship is key in achieving our ultimate goal of complete customer satisfaction, therefore we eliminate any hidden costs by establishing all costs upfront.
We provide house and land packages and we also build on your land.
